Screening

THERE ARE TWO COMMON SCREENINGS USED FOR EARLY DETECTION OF  PROSTATE CANCER

Prostate Specifi Antigen (PSA)

PSA test is a blood test that will measure  the level of PSA in the blood. PSA is made by the prostate. 

Digital Rectum Exam (DRE)

DRA is a recal examination made by a physician that will insert a gloved, lubricated finger into the rectum to estimate the size of the prostate and feel for lumps or other  abnormalities.
